Why Write for WritoryBuzz

Editorial care

Every article gets a structural edit and a source check before publication.

Search-ready formatting

Clear headings, comparison tables and direct-answer FAQs help your piece surface in Google and AI Overviews.

A named byline

Your name, bio and credentials appear on the article.

Topical fit

Our readers follow tech, business and finance together, so cross-over angles such as fintech and SaaS pricing perform well.

Technology Blog Write for Us: Topics We Accept

We accept pitches in three categories. The table shows what fits and what we usually decline.

TECH AND AI GUEST POSTS

Tech and AI guest posts

We want practical analysis: how a model, tool or platform works, what it costs, where it fails and who should use it. A tested workflow or a clear comparison beats a feature list.

BUSINESS AND SAAS GUEST POSTS

Business and SaaS guest posts

Pitch operating lessons, pricing breakdowns, go-to-market case studies and market reads backed by named companies and figures. First-hand experience is the strongest angle you can offer.

Business and SaaS articles
FINANCE AND FINTECH GUEST POSTS

Finance and fintech guest posts

Finance is a high-trust topic. We publish explainers and market analysis with sources, and we do not publish content that tells readers what to buy. If you hold a relevant qualification, say so in your bio.

WritoryBuzz Guest Post Guidelines

Follow these guidelines and your draft moves through editing faster.

  1. 1Original work only. The article must be unpublished, unspun and written by you.
  2. 2Open with a specific fact.Start with a named company, study or event, and give the source and year.
  3. 3Length:1,500 to 2,500 words, depending on the topic.
  4. 4Structure:Descriptive H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs, and a table where you compare three or more options.
  5. 5Sources:Link to primary sources. Do not invent statistics or quote figures you cannot trace.
  6. 6Plain, human writing. We edit out filler phrases and em dashes. Write the way you would explain the topic to a smart colleague.
  7. 7AI use:AI tools may assist research, but the final draft must be your own writing, and unedited AI output is rejected.
  8. 8Links:One contextual link to a relevant, non-commercial source is allowed in the body; your bio may carry one link to your site or profile.
  9. 9Finance content:No personalised advice. Add a short disclaimer where readers could act on your analysis.

The process has five steps and takes about ten minutes to start.

  1. 1
READ Read three recent WritoryBuzz articles to match our depth and tone.
  2. 2
CHECK Check that your topic fits the table above.
  3. 3
PITCH Send your pitch through the contact page with a working title, a two or three sentence angle, a short outline and your author bio.
  4. 4
SAMPLES Attach two links to published writing samples.
  5. 5
REPLY Wait for an editorial reply, usually within 5 business days. We will approve the angle, ask for changes or explain why it is not a fit.

What Makes a Pitch Stand Out

Editors read many pitches that sound alike. Three things set the accepted ones apart.

A clear angle.

"A guide to cloud security" is a topic. "Why small SaaS teams overspend on cloud security and what to cut first" is an angle.

Proof of experience.

Say what you have built, run, tested or invested in. First-hand detail is what readers and AI answer engines both reward.

Evidence.

Name at least two sources you will use and the year of each.

Expert tip
Pitch the question your article answers, not the keyword it targets. Articles built around a real question earn the featured snippet and the read-through.

Write for Us FAQs

Does WritoryBuzz accept guest posts?

Yes. WritoryBuzz accepts original guest posts on technology, business and finance. Every pitch is reviewed by an editor, and only articles that meet our guidelines for originality, sourcing and clarity are published.

What topics can I write about for WritoryBuzz?

You can pitch AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, software, startups, marketing, e-commerce, fintech, investing, personal finance, and crypto or blockchain analysis. We decline press release rewrites, thin listicles and promotional posts.

How long should a guest post be?

Aim for 1,500 to 2,500 words. Length should follow the topic, so a tight 1,500 words with strong evidence beats a padded 2,500. Your editor will confirm the target when your angle is approved.

How do I submit a guest post to WritoryBuzz?

Use the contact page to send a working title, a short outline, your author bio and two writing samples. Please pitch first rather than sending a finished draft, so we can confirm the angle before you spend time writing.

How long does review take?

Most pitches receive a reply within 5 business days. If you have not heard back after that, send one short follow-up. Approved articles are scheduled once the final draft clears editing.

Do you accept paid or sponsored guest posts?

WritoryBuzz does not sell editorial placement. Guest posts are accepted on merit, and any commercial relationship is clearly disclosed to readers.

Can I add links to my website in a guest post?

Your author bio can include one link to your site or professional profile, and the body may include one relevant non-commercial source link. Promotional anchors and affiliate links are not accepted.
